Ferguson Home Inspections is about giving you the buyer the best ‘picture’ of the home you are about to purchase. This, generally, will be the biggest investment you will be involved in, so we want to inform and educate you on this home and what you need to do initially and in the future.

I have been in the building and inspection industry for 30 years. I have built 2 of my own homes along with multiple remodels for myself and other clients. I started working full time in the Inspection business in 2002 and have averaged around 375 inspections per year.
